Nothing like dumping a sand dune out of one’s shoes after a lovely stroll at The Beach in east Toronto. Chilly morning! Wearing gloves briefly crossed my mind. Stanchions of resilience against the elements in the Leuty Lifeguard Station and the Lonely Little Tree (is that a Silver Maple?) watch over the sandy shore. I see the Little Tree has some company. Temporary impressions of avian exploration dint the sand. Salisfy seed ball at the edge of the boardwalk ready for distribution. Where did I hide that acorn?
